This purpose of this board is to hear appeals for changes in the Town Zoning Ordinance where strict conformity would result in unnecessary hardship.
Meetings are open to the public and are held at 6:00pm on the 1st Tuesday of each month. ZBA meetings are held as needed – only when there is a Zoning Variance Application for them to review (see calendar for meeting details).
The ZBA has a vacant spot on the Board. To volunteer to join this Board, please fill out and submit the Volunteer Application Form.
